Rest.Release.Reset Soundbath

Give yourself space to pause, get comfortable, and unwind. Led by Auset of Auset Noir Wellness, this immersive sound experience surrounds you with the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and an ocean drum.

A sound bath is a listening experience—no water, movement routine, or meditation experience required. Simply rest in a comfortable position and let the sounds become a gentle focus for your attention. Come with an intention, or just come as you are.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel cozy. Chairs are welcome for those who prefer to remain seated. Bring water—and a friend!
